PRESS RELEASE GOVERNOR INAUGURATES FREE MEDICAL CAMP AT RAJ BHAVAN His Excellency Thiru Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the Free Medical Camp for Women & Children of Raj Bhavan Staff conducted by Directorate of Medical Education at Raj Bhavan Chennai today (17.04.2010). The Governor presented a cheque for Rs. 40,000/- to Ms Ajitha for medical treatment from Governor’s Discretionary Grant. Dr. S. Vinayagam, Director, Medical Education and Dr. Subramaniyam, Professor of Pediatrics were present. Dr. Jaya, Professor of Institute of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Govt. Hospital for Women & Children, Egmore, Doctors and Paramedical staff conducted the Medical camp. Thiru K. Vivekanandan, Deputy Secretary to Governor, Dr. R.
